Booking and Payment 

A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full payment must be made 20 days before the tour date. Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal,

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • A full refund will be issued for cancellations made 60 days or more before the tour date.
  • A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made 10–25 days before the tour date.
  • No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the tour dateIf the tour is canceled due to severe weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer either rescheduling or a full refund

Tour Schedule & Itinerary Changes

Our tour itinerary may be adjusted at any time due to weather conditions, safety considerations, or wildlife activity. While we make every effort to locate and observe our target species, wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed, as all animals are encountered in their natural habitat.

Safety & Liability

Participants are required to follow the guide’s instructions at all times throughout the tour.

Our tours may involve hiking on uneven terrain, exposure to hot and humid conditions, and encounters with wildlife. Guests should be in good physical health and capable of participating safely.

We are not liable for any personal injury, loss of personal belongings, or accidents that may occur during the tour.

All guests are required to sign a liability waiver before the tour begins.

Equipment & Gear

We recommend that guests bring appropriate outdoor clothing, sturdy hiking footwear, insect repellent, and a flashlight or headlamp.

Guests are responsible for the safety and care of their own photography equipment, optics, and field gear throughout the tour.

Environmental & Ethical Guidelines

  • Do not touch, handle, or disturb wildlife.
  • We practice ethical, low-impact wildlife observation and herping to minimize disturbance to animals and their habitats.
  • Collecting or removing animals, plants, rocks, or other natural or cultural items from the environment is strictly prohibited.
  • Please follow the Leave No Trace principles by taking all litter and personal waste with you and helping to keep natural areas clean.

Travel & Insurance

Guests are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own travel to and from the tour meeting point.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, or other unforeseen travel disruptions.
