Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Waigeo
Arrival in Sorong, meet and greet.
Last-minute supplies and equipment check.
Arrive in Waigeo (Waisai ) 11.00 with morning fery
go to supermarket or local market buy food and some basic supplies 
 afternoon 15.30 travel by long boat to Saporken Village
exploring  arround accomodations 
Additional Night Herping: Exploring forest edges for geckos, skinks, and possibly Morelia viridis (Green Tree Python). ( 1 pax local guide 450.000 )
Additional Wilson’s Bird of paradise
Day 2–5: Transfer To Batanta And Herping
Morning: Jungle hikes, looking for Tree monitor (varanus Macraei), forest dragons, skinks, birds
Afternoon: Exploring riverine habitats for frogs and semi-aquatic species.
Night Herping: Searching for pythons, vipers, and Cyrtodactylus novaeguineae (Papua Bow-fingered Gecko).
Day 5: Boat Transfer Salawati Island
Transfer to Salawati Island by longboat (approx. 1 hrs).
Set up camp near the rainforest or beach.
Additional Night Herping: Searching for Boiga irregularis (Brown Tree Snake), ground boas, and frogs.
Day 6–9: Herping & Exploration in Salawati
Daytime: Trekking through forested hills and streams. Possible encounters with monitor lizards, frilled dragons, birds and skinks.
Addtional Night Explorations: Looking for New Guinea Tree Frogs, Amethystine Pythons, and ground-dwelling vipers.
Day 10: Return to waigeo
Boat transfer to Waigeo ( Waisai ).
Rest, souvenir shopping, and city exploration (optional).
End of Tour.
